Joanne and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your excellent handling of our home sale.
Having lived here for over 20 years, we saw your signs many times here in Villa Pacific. We met you on and off throughout those years when you would put on our neighborhood garage sales.
Word travels fast here and it wasn’t long before we had heard what an expert you are in the Real Estate business and we’re so happy to have experienced that expertise first hand.
From our first meeting almost five months ago until today, just a few days from closing the sale of our home, you have been a true professional. We contacted Bill because his website had all types of sales; ..............traditional, foreclosures, bank owned.................and in this current economy we wanted to get the most 'bang for our buck'. Bill was diligent and consistent. He answered all of our questions..................although sometimes we asked the same ones over and over. Showed us multiple properties, sometimes repeatedly. We made multiple offers, thru Bill, on several bank owned or foreclosure properties. This, of course, with no benefit to Bill unless an offer was accepted. Frankly, I started to feel bad that all his time and work was not panning out for him (nor for us either).
Finally, an older listing popped up with a price reduction, THANKS to his website that notified us, and it was now in our price range. We took a second look, loved the place and made an offer based on Bill's suggestion. Ultimately, the property appraised for $20,000 more than the sale price. We closed escrow just 10 days ago and have equity before even moving in.

Being first time buyers, we were unsure of the overall process. Bill made us feel very comfortable and was always available to provide us guidance along the way.
